Melanie heads up our Client Services Initiatives. She always provides that “warm-welcome” feeling to our Insurance Hub clients. She prides herself on taking care of every Client and anticipating their needs.  As a licensed insurance agent, she is a student of continual learning and is superb at matching the right plan to every individuals unique needs. She is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University and recently served for many years as their Assistant Director of Financial Aid.

She has experience working with all walks of life and provides a personalized service that everyone loves. Born in Panama, Melanie is fluent in English and Spanish so she can help guide you in your preferred language.

She has been married to her best friend since 2011 and loves being a dog mom. Melanie’s superpower is being able to be a chameleon and personally connect with anyone she comes in contact with.
